About me

Teresa L. Kelso is a dedicated author, poet, and advocate for faith-driven healing and personal transformation. Her work is deeply inspired by life’s “God Sends” moments of grace, scripture, and reflection that offer hope, encouragement, and a renewed connection to faith.

Born and raised in Lancaster, California, Teresa pursued her passion for understanding the human mind at Belford University in 1986, where she earned a Double Master’s degree in Psychology, specializing in clinical and counseling disciplines. She also holds a certificate in Private Investigating, further strengthening her insight into human behavior and life’s complexities. Blending her academic background with spiritual purpose, Teresa is a versatile freelance writer of both fiction and nonfiction, as well as a poet whose work centers on faith, healing, and redemption. Her writings are designed not only to inspire, but to guide readers toward hope, reflection, and a deeper relationship with the Lord.

In addition to her current inspirational works, Teresa is preparing to release two children’s books, expanding her ability to reach and uplift audiences of all ages. Her ongoing project, a second inspirational book, continues her mission to encourage others through messages of faith, grace, and unwavering hope. Through every page she writes, Teresa L. Kelso remains committed to one purpose: to uplift hearts, strengthen faith, and remind readers that even in life’s most challenging moments, there is always hope to be found in God’s presence.
